COMBINATION MASSAGE, is a massage technique combining deep tissue and relaxation massage. This therapy will be very slow moving which will allow the muscle to relax but also working on trigger points. The main focus is to relax enough while still melting those muscles.
In this 2 hour therapeutic massage session is not bookable by someone only needing a light/relaxing massage.
In this session, we will be working on the deeper layers of muscles, while adding other tools, stretching etc, as necessary throughout the session.
